Saraswati Vandana is being done in madrasas of Madhya Pradesh.. Personal rights are being attacked through government instructions.. According to the Personal Law Board, efforts are being made to end the identity of madrasas.. Madrasas are outside the control of National Commission for Protection of Child Rights. In such a situation, whatever orders the commission has given to the state governments regarding madrasas are illegal.
